Book Early, Stay Ahead

Demand across the network increases significantly in December. Please make sure that you book your regular collections and special deliveries in advance so we can secure the necessary resources and provide seamless coverage.

Allow a Little Extra Time

Traffic congestion, higher freight volumes, and limited dock access can impact turnaround times. Allow for flexibility in your schedules to keep everything running smoothly.

Confirm Your Operating Hours

If your business will be closing or operating under reduced hours during the Christmas and New Year period, please let our team know beforehand. This helps us plan runs efficiently and avoid unnecessary reattempts or delays.

Review Your Regular Runs

If you have standing collections or daily scheduled runs, please let us know of any temporary changes. A quick update ensures our fleet and dispatch schedules stay aligned with your operational needs.

Plan for After-Hours or Critical Deliveries

We understand that some freight can’t wait. If you anticipate any after-hours, urgent, or time-critical consignments, please pre-book these so we can allocate the appropriate express resources.

Keep Contact Details Current

Please ensure that the contact details for your dispatch and receiving teams are up to date. This lets our drivers and operations team know to reach out to you quickly if any unforeseen issues arise.

Operating Hours

If you’re planning to send Christmas gifts to your clients, please contact our office at your earliest convenience to discuss your arrangements. To guarantee delivery before businesses start closing for Christmas, we kindly ask that Christmas gift bookings be made by Fri, 5th Dec.

We also ask that all invoice payments be finalised by Friday, 13th December, for efficient processing before the Christmas break. Could you please take a moment to email admin@sub60couriers.com.au to advise us of your office hours over the Christmas period? This helps us plan services efficiently.

Monday 12th January 2025, Office to resume normal trading hours 08:00am-5:00pm.
